Continuous intracranial pressure (ICP) was recorded using an epidural sensor (Neurodur-P, Raumedic, Rehau AG + Co, Rehau, Germany), along with PowerLab <t>4SP</t> hardware and LabChart 8.1 software for analysis. In the ( top ) section, the raw ICP signal is displayed, sampled at 200 Hz (in red). The ( bottom ) section shows the same ICP signal as the upper channel but visualized through a smoothing triangular Bartlett digital filter, implemented in LabChart software, which generated a time-domain smoothed signal (in blue).
